After loosing 5-4 at home to Chelwood Gate it was a must win match if we wanted to stay in the title race.
Performance of the night: Ross and James beating CG’s best pair. Unfortunately they didn’t manage to win the final game on the night.
Comeback of the night: Due to a number of pull outs and a much improved attitude at training Rory was given another chance to shine in this amazing team. He grabbed the opportunity seriously assisted by Dan winning all three. If he keeps it up he has all the attributes to become a regular in a few years’ time.
Shocker of the night: Captain got the timing wrong and informed the team that it was an 8 pm start (30 minutes late). This might have played on his mind. He was so rusty that he didn’t even have the conscious to claim MOTM. Richard still carried him to one important win.
It is now all to play for with two matches to go.
